Oreya is a product of Odoro. Odoro attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and processes it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian privacy legislation. This privacy policy explains which data we collect through this website, why we do so and which rights you have.

2. Which data do we collect?

Request for a detailed calculation. When you fill in the request form, we process the data you provide yourself: your company address, your e-mail address, the technical details of your odour source and air treatment installation (such as the height of the emission point, flow rate, odour concentration, type of installation, annual costs and odour character) and any remarks you add.

Quick calculation. The savings calculator on the home page does not ask for any personal data. The technical parameters you enter and the calculated result are stored anonymously so that we can improve our calculation models. They cannot be traced back to you.

Technical data. When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records a limited set of technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This data is used solely for the security and proper functioning of the website.

3. Why do we process your data?

We use your data solely to:

• handle your request and prepare and send you the requested calculation (pre-contractual measures taken at your request);
• communicate with you about your request and answer any follow-up questions;
• ensure the security and proper functioning of the website (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for direct marketing without your prior consent and we do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We keep the data of a request for a maximum of two years after the last contact, unless a collaboration results from it. In that case, the retention periods linked to our contractual and legal obligations apply. Anonymous calculations contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.

5. With whom do we share your data?

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share it with parties that help us operate this website and handle your request, such as our hosting provider and our e-mail provider. We conclude the necessary agreements with these processors, so that they only process your data according to our instructions and with appropriate security. In principle, your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. In addition, we may disclose your data when required to do so by a legal obligation or a court order.

6. How do we protect your data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The connection to this website is secured (https) and access to your requests is limited to the staff who handle them.

7. Cookies

This website only uses strictly necessary cookies for the proper functioning of the site, such as a session cookie that protects the request form against misuse and a cookie that remembers your cookie preferences. These cookies contain no personal data and are not used to track you.

We only place analytical cookies, if any, after your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

8. What are your rights?

You have the right to:

• request access to the data we process about you;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• have the processing restricted or object to it;
• receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (portability);
• withdraw previously given consent at any time.
